Refund, Return, & Exchange Policy
All sales are FINAL.
Due to the nature of these products and related health concerns, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at info@akhaveliassets.com.
To be eligible for consideration of an exception to the return policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue for consideration of an exchange or return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. No exceptions will be made to return the funds to a different payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
