Shipping Policy
Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process. Shipping times are approximations based upon the date of the package being shipped. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lost or stolen packages should be taken up with the United States Postal Service. We are NOT responsible for damages due to mishandling by the United States Postal Service. If you receive a package that has been damaged to the extent that the product inside is damaged, you should contact the United States Postal Service for any rectification they offer. A complaint can be filed by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777), accessing the complaint form on the USPS website, or going to your local post office.
Gift Cards, Charge Backs, Refusing Sales
Gift cards are not accepted for payment, no exceptions. If a customer has a history of charge backs or similarly challenging business dealings with our company, we reserve the right to decline any new purchase and return the payment without notice.
Inventory Issues
We are a small business in the process of building up our inventory. While we will strive to keep our inventory up-to-date on our website, all purchases will be fulfilled on a first-come-first-served basis. In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is purchased after all of that inventory is sold, we will notify the purchaser via email and offer a replacement item. If a suitable replacement agreement is not reached, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as possible, keeping in mind that the bank or card company may take days to process the refund on their end.
